How to put on tights:
1. Start in a sitting position. Gently gather up one leg of the pantyhose with both hands up to the toes.
2. Slip your foot inside and carefully pull the pantyhose up your leg, gently stretching up as you go until you reach your thigh.
3. Repeat with the other side.
4. Stand up and finish pulling up the pantyhose, one side at a time, up the thighs, to the crotch, and to the waist. If there is too much gap at the crotch, remove and begin again, gently stretching more as you pull the pantyhose up.
5. Remove pantyhose by gently rolling or gathering it from the waist down and off.
