International & Canada Shipping
International Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) First-Class Package International (7 to 30 business days based on location). Select International orders can be tracked with the customs form number. If there is a delay in receiving your order, please check with your local customs office if it is being held and/or for possible fees that may be imposed on your order. Please know that First-Class Package International shipments take much longer for arrival. SixOn Clothing can not be held responsible for orders that were held by customs, stolen, or lost during International shipments. All customers are responsible for their own country's taxes, fees, charges, customs, VATs, clearing fees, and/or duties (this is not included in the item price or shipping cost), please check with your country's customs office to verify any additional charges they may apply.
International Country Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to the following countries: Indonesia, Malaysia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Post Office Damaged Package and/or Missing contents
If your delivered package underwent damage by the post office and the contents inside were damaged or missing, please hold onto the damaged package, do not throw it away! Physical proof and photos of the original damaged package are required in order to file postal claims and to request a replacement. If physical proof and photos of the original damaged package can not be provided, SixOn Clothing will not be able to assist with filing postal claims or issuing replacements.
Lost/Missing Packages
All orders are shipped to the buyer provided address on file. If a package is marked as "Delivered" but was not received, or if the tracking number has not updated after a reasonable time, please contact your local post office or delivery courier immediately. A package sometimes may take an additional few days for arrival. For international, it may take additional weeks. Please check with other household members or neighbors if they may have kept it for safety. If the package is missing or stolen, file a USPS Missing Mail or Mail Theft request (for UPS use this request), or a police report. The package must be officially confirmed on paper by the post office or delivery courier or the police as missing and/or stolen, and verified by email or phone, for SixOn to assist further.
Holiday/Event Shipment Arrivals
SixOn Clothing does not guarantee arrival of shipments by certain dates or holidays due postal delays, weather, pandemics, strikes, civil unrest, and other small and large scale disruptions. Holiday shipping dates are recommendations provided by USPS and UPS and are not guaranteed to arrive before the holiday.

All orders are fully inspected and securely packaged before shipment to the buyer provided address on file. SixOn Clothing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damages to the order due to buyer provided address mistakes, post office negligence, buyer disregards, weather, and/or other forms of delays.
