KH Printed Dresses & Shirts Test Wash

I test washed and dried the Kingdom Hearts Printed Dresses and Dress Shirts to see how it would hold up in laundry machines. I washed it as follows:

Machine Washing + Machine Drying:

• Machine: Top loading washer.
• Temperature: Cold water.
• Cleanser: Regular Detergent.
• Drying: Machine Drying normal cycle with one dryer sheet.

Paopu Blue Dress + Dress Shirt:

• Results from machine washing only: The dress and dress shirt did not shrink, the fabric, color, and the print was fine.
• Results from machine washing + machine drying: The dress skirt length and dress shirt length + sleeve length shrunk by 0.5 inch. Otherwise the dress and dress shirt was intact, the fabric felt normal, and the color was the same. 
• Verdict: The Paopu blue print should be fine in a machine wash, and air dry if you do not want it to shrink. Both held up fine in the dryer. If you are not sure, hand washing and air-drying would be the safest methods to preserve your garment. 

Darkness Black Dress + Dress Shirt:

• Results from machine washing only: The dress and dress shirt did not shrink, the fabric, color, and the print was fine.
• Results from machine washing + machine drying: The dress skirt length and dress shirt length + sleeve length shrunk by 0.5 inch. IMPORTANT!! The black color faded slightly after it was machine dried. To prevent this, AIR DRYING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 

• Verdict: AIR DRY the Darkness black print garments to PRESERVE THE BLACK COLOR. The Darkness black print should be fine in a machine wash, and air drying is HIGHLY recommended to preserve the black color and to avoid shrinkage. If you are not sure, hand washing and air-drying would be the safest methods to preserve your garment.
