New Kingdom Hearts Products
New Kingdom Hearts products have been added to the shop including: a Chocobo inspired charm, the Regalia Crystal pendant, and the Sea Salt color wayfinder.
The bird charm was actually from another project that didn't go through. Instead of abandoning the whole design, I wondered if I could turn the bird into a keychain or charm instead. I went through a lot of revisions to make it different from existing ones. The final product is fully detailed, right down to its tiny itty bitty little clawed feet.
The crystal regalia looks really pretty in the game, I was a little apprehensive if I would be able to replicate its vibrance in real life. In the game it appears to have a soft blue glow with a shimmering snowflake in the center. I'm happy with the way it turned out with a silver color and a snowflake shaped gem instead. It's slightly heavier than the other pendants as it's a solid piece throughout.
When I first added additional colors to the Wayfinder collection, I thought of adding a light blue version but decided not to (thinking that Aqua's darker blue would suffice). Later on down the line I thought what if the sea salt trio had exchanged Wayfinders, what colors would they have used? Axel would most likely be red, what about Xion and Roxas? I decided to add in the light blue sea salt color for more variety. Are more colors coming soon? Stay tuned. ;)
